The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is an organization of 189 countries, working to foster global monetary cooperation, secure financial stability, facilitate international trade, promote high employment and sustainable economic growth, and reduce poverty around the world. The National Library of Mauritius is one of the depositories of IMF publications and the collection comprises of 4,440 items on subjects such as climate change, health care, pensions, global economy, financial crisis, economic development, macroeconomics, poverty reduction, trade, globalization and much more.
